Using the service
Desk Jam AI is an independent creative tool for adults aged 18 or over. By using it, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the acceptable-use policy. Keep your account secure and provide an email address you can access.
Do not use the service where doing so is unlawful. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
Permission to process your uploads
You must own or have permission to use every photo and have the informed consent of every adult shown for this specific AI video. You grant the limited permission needed to assess the uploads, send them to processors, generate the video, store it privately and return it to your account.
This permission is for operating your request. It does not give us permission to use your photos in public marketing. You remain responsible for the rights in anything you upload and for how you share your output.
Credits, checkout and refunds
Packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription. Credits do not expire and have no cash value outside a permitted refund. Standard full videos cost 50 credits; HD full videos cost 100 credits, whether they feature one, two or three photos. Prices and any taxes are displayed at checkout.
A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits. An unused pack can be requested for refund within seven days. The refund policy explains eligibility and how to request it.
AI output limitations
Generated likeness, movement, clothing, instruments and scene continuity can vary, and with several photos a face may occasionally resemble the wrong musician. The home-page example does not guarantee the appearance of every frame in your video.
We do not guarantee exact delivery times, uninterrupted availability, copyright protection for outputs, or permission to use third-party music. Do not present the result as real footage or as an endorsement by any person, artist, broadcaster or brand named on this site.
Content rules
You must not upload, generate or share content in any of these six categories: pornography or NSFW content; violence or gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content, including CSAM; deepfakes or impersonation of real people; and copyright or trademark infringement. The acceptable-use and content policy explains each category, how photos and outputs are moderated, how to report a violation at support@tinydeskai.space and how reports are handled.
Violations can lead to content removal, forfeiture of all remaining credits without refund, account suspension or a permanent ban, and child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
AI models used
Videos are generated with Wan 3.0 Reference-to-Video, Alibaba’s video model, run on fal.ai. It follows our original fictional desk-concert reference clip and redraws the singer and band members from your photos; a failed job is retried once automatically. Photo safety review uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash, and the exact scene description for every video is checked by Waffo Prompt Sift.
Restrictions and account action
We may reject uploads, remove content, forfeit credits, suspend or ban accounts under the acceptable-use policy. Trying to bypass checks, forge payments or harvest private files is prohibited.
For service issues, rights concerns, billing disputes or termination requests, use the contact page. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be dated on this page.

Is this a subscription?
No. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase.
Do I get rights to the song or the original concert?
No. The site supplies a new fictional scene. Trend names and descriptions do not grant rights to the original performance, a song, a broadcaster’s brand or anyone’s likeness.
